Something broken, confusing, or missing? Email info@etapp.football and include your iOS version and what you were doing when it happened. Screenshots help a lot.

The free trial

Your first three days give you the full app, nothing held back, no card up front. The trial is tied to your device, so reinstalling the app does not restart it.

Purchases and restoring

Extra Time Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It unlocks the full app forever. If you bought it and it shows as locked (new phone, reinstall), open the Go Gold screen and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple Account you bought it with. If it still does not unlock, email us.

Scores or tables look wrong

Live data can lag the broadcast by a short moment. Pull down to refresh. If a standing or result stays wrong for more than a few minutes, that is a bug we want to hear about, with the match and the time you saw it.

Your data

There are no accounts. Your picks, favorite team, and trial status live on your device and leave with the app if you delete it. The details are in our privacy policy.

Refunds

Purchases go through Apple, so refunds do too: visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account you used. Apple makes the call on refunds, but if something in the app caused the problem, email us as well so we can fix it.
